Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about delivering exceptional service in the financial sector? Join our team and play a vital role in helping customers send and receive remittances with confidence and ease.
- In charge of accurately completing forms, reviewing, and validating the pertinent data surrounding remittance transactions.
- Using the online system, keep track of all consumer interactions and location data.
- Responsible in resolving customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with banks and agencies affiliated with the company.
- Ensure strict adherence to all applicable laws, policies, and procedures.
- Participate in team meetings and activities, promote team spirit and cohesiveness.
- Participate in Weekly Calibration and Quality monitoring activities.
- Demonstrate adherence to Core Standards of Behavior.
- Process modification and/or cancellation of transaction based on customers’ request.
- Ensure that the quality processes are being met consistently.
- Perform other related duties assigned by the supervisor or manager on the daily basis
