Our team is growing, and we’re looking for energetic, people-first individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in their work.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Welcome customers with energy and a positive attitude, creating a memorable visit every time</li> <li>Maintain a safe, efficient, and spotlessly clean environment throughout your shift</li> <li>Promote memberships and services, contributing to team sales goals</li> <li>Support teammates and lead by example — great culture starts with great people</li> <li>Work comfortably outdoors in varying weather conditions</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p> <ul> <li>Customer service or sales experience preferred (not required — we’ll train you!)</li> <li>Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset</li> <li>Reliable transportation and availability on weekends and holidays</li> <li>Ability to work on your feet outdoors for prolonged periods</li> <li>Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs</li> </ul> <p><em>Car wash experience is a plus, but not required.
