職責

  • 有效處理及跟進強積金/積金易 相關查詢與投訴
  • 協助客戶使用自助服務機或流動裝置,開立及管理積金易平台帳戶

  • 熟悉使用手機應用程式及電腦系統查閱資料

  • 按公司指引及監管要求提供合規、優質的客戶服務

  • 維持及協調服務中心人流,確保運作順暢

 

工作地點:尖沙咀/灣仔

工作時間:一星期返1 - 2 天 (星期一至五   09:00 - 18:00 /  星期六 09:00 - 13:00)
