Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Amazon Experience) – Remote, Full-Time
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and personable Customer Service Representative (CSR) with previous Amazon experience to join our growing remote team. This is a full-time, permanent position designed for someone who is fluent in English, quick-thinking, clear and efficient in communication, and genuinely pleasant to talk to.
In this role, you will be handling general inbound phone inquiries, primarily from customers without internet access, assisting them with order placements and answering basic questions related to products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound customer phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Assist customers in placing orders via phone
- Provide product information and help customers choose the right items
- Handle inquiries related to order status, delivery, and general questions
- Maintain accurate call and order records
- Uphold excellent customer service standards and represent the brand positively
- Collaborate with the team for continuous process improvement
Requirements
- Proven experience in Amazon customer service (voice support preferred)
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English — clear, fluent, and friendly
- Fast thinker with a no-nonsense approach and ability to get to the point efficiently
- Positive attitude and customer-first mindset
- Must be reliable, professional, and able to work independently from home
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
