What You’ll Do
- Provide excellent customer service over the phone
- Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls
- Assist customers with questions, account information, and issue resolution
- Follow up with customers regarding accounts and past-due balances
- Process loan applications and perform data entry
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Build strong customer relationships through professional communication
What We’re Looking For
- Customer service experience preferred (1+ year)
- Strong phone communication skills and confidence speaking with customers
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and active listening skills
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Bilingual (English required, Spanish preferred
Schedule
- 8-hour day shifts
- Part Time
- Monday–Saturday (one weekday off)
- Saturday availability required
