Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Support & Communication
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or messaging platforms
Assist with order status, product information, billing concerns, and claims-related inquiries
Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
2. Billing & Claims Handling (Priority Focus)
Handle billing inquiries, invoice clarifications, and payment follow-ups
Resolve customer complaints related to service issues, damages, or claims
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of claims cases
Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of all billing and claims interactions
3. Problem Solving & Escalation
Identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and escalate when necessary
Proactively resolve customer concerns using sound judgment and empathy
Deliver solutions aligned with company policies while maintaining a positive experience
4. System & Data Management
Use CRM systems to log interactions, track issues, and update records
Maintain knowledge of products, services, and policies
Follow SOPs and contribute to improving internal documentation
What We’re Looking For
At least 1 year of customer service experience (preferably with U.S.-based clients)
Proven experience in Billing and/or Claims handling is strongly preferred
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Experience with CRM/support tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot, etc.)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle customer concerns professionally
Friendly, empathetic, and professional communication style
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools
Self-driven and proactive mindset
Commitment to long-term growth and stability
Qualifications
Experience handling billing disputes, payment follow-ups, or claims resolution is a strong advantage
Ability to manage sensitive customer situations with professionalism and accuracy
Strong communication skills across internal teams and customers
Resourceful, solution-oriented, and highly accountable
