This a full time paying  $18.50-$25.00 per hour with various schedule options!   What you will do: - Handle inbound customer service calls including, but not limited to: - Booking appointments - Understanding general priority booking knowledge - Providing tech ETA - Deescalating customer concerns - Understating field availability for effective booking - Handle text and chat engagements with the customers - Call on customer list to offer promotions - Creating and updating customer profiles   What you bring: - Previous customer service or call center experience  - Strong attention to details - Conscientious team player - Honesty, integrity, and a good attitude - Clear background check and drug screen - Industry and ServiceTitan experience preferred   Location: Bulverde, Texas
