About the role
What your responsibilities will include:
- Answer phones to respond to orders
- Respond to general customer inquiries and invoice inquiries
- Investigate customer complaints regarding services and policies
- Take customer orders for service and update accounts
- Handling questions and concerns with proficiency and professionalism
What we require from you:
- High School Diploma
- 1 year experience in a Call Center environment
- 2 year experience in Customer Service is an asset
- Experience in Trucking and/or Logistics
- Experience with Truck Mate is an asset
- Strong computer skills; ability to use various computer software with little to no supervision
- Professional verbal and written skills; ability to type 30 wpm
- Ability to work independently and work within a team
