Customer Service Representative

EnviroGuard is a family-owned and operated Pest Control company. We started in 2015 with a vision to create a great experience for each and every one of our customers, as we keep their homes ‘pest-free'. We came into the business because we have a passion for helping others, and we had our eyes set on creating a lifestyle for ourselves where we could work hard and play hard(er). Job Overview and Responsibilities

• Professional phone personality. You’ll be spending a lot of your day on the phone, answering questions, and working with customers.
• Email and Text correspondence with customers
• Scheduling appointment

Requirements

• You’ll be taking payment information from customers. So, we do a background check

The Scoop

• We are hiring Full-time seasonal positions (Seasonal to Permanent), Monday through Friday.
• Pay: If we're teaching you from scratch, you’ll probably start at $14/ hr. If you have any experience, talk to us about starting at a higher wage, we're all ears!
• We promote from within and we’re growing quickly so there is room for promotions and management opportunities for the right candidate
