Customer Service Representative

Responsible for customer and sales support in connection with placing orders, transport bookings, communication of back orders, claims, invoice handling and customer invoicing. Back-up for customer and sales support for the second brand we sell.

Responsabilities:

• Maintain constant communication with customers and sales representatives; handle complaints and update order status;

• Create, process, and track offers and orders in SAP/FABS, including adjustments after customer approval;

• Coordinate deliveries, monitor production plans, and inform stakeholders of any delays;

• Issue invoices, proformas, and credit notes; follow up on payments and manage credit limits and insurance;

• Administer SAP master data (customer/product creation, price updates);

• Collaborate across departments to optimize workflows and ensure compliance with internal procedures and ISO standards;

• Participate in meetings, prepare reports, and provide backup support to colleagues when required.

Requirements:

• English: Advanced;
• Bachelor Degree.
• 6 months - 1 year of experience in Customer Support/Service area.
