About the role
We are building a pool of Customer Service Representatives to support our US or AU-based clients. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Experience in a US or AU-facing BPO is crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally through various channels (phone, email, chat).
- Provide information about products and services.
- Process orders, forms, and applications.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the relevant teams.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Strive to achieve high customer satisfaction and first-contact resolution.
Qualifications:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, specifically supporting US or AU customers in a BPO or multinational setting.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a neutral accent.
- Strong computer navigation skills and proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Customer-oriented with a calm and patient demeanor.
- Willingness to work on a shifting schedule, including night shifts and US or AU holidays.
