Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional support to our clients. This role is key in ensuring smooth communication, accurate order management, and a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Customer support — Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely responses to clients.

  • Documentation — Maintain records and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or administrative roles.

  • Advanced English (written and spoken).

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Customer service oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office; ERP/CRM systems knowledge is a plus.
