If so, we’d love to meet you!</p> <p>Emerald City Emergency Clinic is seeking an enthusiastic and empathetic <strong>Client Service Representative (CSR)</strong> to join our supportive and dedicated emergency team. Emergency or veterinary experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right candidate who brings a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping pets and the people who love them.</p> <p><strong>Why This Role Matters</strong></p> <p>Our CSRs are the <strong>first and last point of contact</strong> for our clients and that makes you a vital part of every patient’s journey. Each interaction helps set the tone for exceptional care, trust, and compassion during emotional and sometimes stressful visits. If you enjoy making a meaningful difference every day, this role is for you.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <p>As a Client Service Representative, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Welcome clients and manage main lobby operations, including check-ins and check-outs</li> <li>Answer and route phone calls professionally and compassionately</li> <li>Assist with emergency triage and timely communication</li> <li>Perform accurate data entry and utilize computer-based systems</li> <li>Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming hospital environment</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p> <p>We’re looking for someone who is:</p> <ul> <li>Friendly, professional, and empathetic at all times</li> <li>Comfortable multitasking and problem-solving in a fast-paced setting</li> <li>Skilled with computers and multi-line phone systems</li> <li>Organized, dependable, and an excellent communicator</li> <li>Able to lift up to 40 lbs</li> <li>Experienced in customer service or reception (veterinary experience preferred, but not required)</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p> <ul> <li>Competitive pay: <strong>$22.00–$24.00 per hour</strong></li> <li>Medical, dental, and vision benefits</li> <li>Uniforms provided</li> <li>Pet discounts and more!</li> </ul> <p>Job Types: Full Time – <strong>Weekends REQUIRED</strong></p> <p>Salary: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Compensation Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$22</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$24 USD</span></div></div></div>
