About the role

<p data-start="145" data-end="266">Serve as the first point of contact for users, answering inquiries, providing course information, and resolving issues.</p>

<p data-start="270" data-end="403">Proactively reach out to potential customers, offer detailed course consultations, and help them make informed educational choices.</p>

<p data-start="407" data-end="577">Maintain strong relationships with existing customers by providing efficient and high-quality service, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and requests.</p>

<p data-start="581" data-end="695">Keep accurate and detailed customer records, including all interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints.</p>

<p data-start="699" data-end="800">Collaborate with the team to collect customer feedback and help optimize our products and services.</p>

<p data-start="804" data-end="931">Stay up-to-date on company course content, pricing, and policies to ensure the accuracy of information provided to customers.</p>

<p data-start="935" data-end="1075">Participate regularly in training webinars to learn the latest educational information and product knowledge, enhancing professional skills.</p>

<h3 data-start="1082" data-end="1107"><strong data-start="1086" data-end="1107">Job Requirements:</strong></h3>
<ol data-start="1108" data-end="1803">
<li data-start="1108" data-end="1256">
<p data-start="1111" data-end="1256">Bachelor’s degree or above from a full-time university; fluent in Chinese, CET-4 or above, with basic English reading and communication skills.</p>
</li>
<li data-start="1257" data-end="1388">
<p data-start="1260" data-end="1388">Experience in customer service or similar roles preferred; candidates with an education industry background are highly valued.</p>
</li>
<li data-start="1389" data-end="1462">
<p data-start="1392" data-end="1462">Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.</p>
</li>
<li data-start="1463" data-end="1562">
<p data-start="1466" data-end="1562">Strong ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and complete tasks on schedule.</p>

<p data-start="1566" data-end="1629">Proficiency in CRM systems and other related office software.</p>
