<li><span data-contrast="none">Provide personalized advice on size, fit, and style to enhance each customer’s journey.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":20,"335559739":20}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Manage order-related questions, deliveries, and returns in a structured, accurate way.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":20,"335559739":20}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Use CRM and internal tools to track conversations, resolve cases, and deliver timely updates.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":20,"335559739":20}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Represent Suitsupply with a professional, helpful tone every time.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":20,"335559739":20}"> </span></li>

<li><span data-contrast="none">Experience in a customer-facing or support role, ideally in a fast-paced or digital environment.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":20,"335559739":20}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Tech-comfortable: confident using customer service platforms or learning new tools quickly.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":20,"335559739":20}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">A strong communicator who writes clearly, listens actively, and adapts to customer tone.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":20,"335559739":20}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Curious and driven by a growth mindset; you take feedback and run with it.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":20,"335559739":20}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Accountable and proactive; you take ownership and follow through with care.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":20,"335559739":20}"> </span></li>
