<p>We're Hiring: <strong>Customer Service Team Leader with German</strong></p>
<p>Are you ready to join a dynamic team and make an impact in Supply Chain operations and play a key role in supporting our European customers?<br><br></p>
<p>🌍 <strong>What You'll Do</strong></p>
<p>✅ Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth order processing<br>✅ Be the go-to expert for SAP queries within the team<br>✅ Deliver proactive, high-quality service to internal and external clients<br>✅ Enter customer orders manually in SAP and verify automated EDI orders<br>✅ Manage inventory allocation and coordinate delivery notes with logistics<br>✅ Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, and Demand Planning to resolve order issues<br>✅ Identify and escalate challenges promptly<br>✅ Drive improvement projects and optimize order flows<br>✅ Lead short-term product flow management to fulfill customer orders<br>✅ People Management: Delegate tasks, set deadlines, monitor performance, motivate, and coach team members<br><br><strong><span data-contrast="auto"><br>So, what does it take to be successful in this role?</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true,"201341983":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></p>
<p>👤 <strong>About You</strong></p>
<p>🎓 2+ years of experience in similar roles</p>
<p>✔️ SAP experience (1+ year preferred)</p>
<p>💬 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English and German level (B2 or higher))</p>
<p>📊 Comfortable working with large datasets; proficient in Excel, SAP and Zendesk.</p>
<p>🚀 Proactive, solution-oriented, and driven by results.</p>
