REQUIREMENTS FOR THE APPLICATION

  • Native or fluent Italian (spokeng and written) plus good command of English (C1) 
  • 7 years ore more as experience in customer service management  (preferred in FMCG sector)
  • Accounting principles GOOD understanding
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially in Excel and Word
  • SAP good knowledge welcome
  • Efficient communicator in remote work
  • Strong focus and orientation on client.
  • Ability to train a team
  • Experience managing people
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Results oriented: Proven track-record of delivering on targets
  • Project management (organize and prioritize
