REQUIREMENTS

• Native or fluent German (C1) and English (C1);
• Basic account skills: credits, debits, and balances
• Experience in the areas of customer services support, preferably within FMCG, retail would be an asset;
• SAP familiarity will be considered as strong asset;
• Communication skills and readiness to work in cross international environment;
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• General computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office;
