If you want to work alongside some of the most dedicated and talented people on Earth, we’d love to have you join us.</p></div><p><strong>Description</strong></p> <p>As a <strong>Customer Solutions Manager</strong>, you’ll lead the charge in helping world's most innovative hardware engineers and manufacturers integrate, adopt, and scale with Boltline.&nbsp;You’ll serve as their strategic partner and advocate, driving onboarding excellence, adoption momentum, and long-term success while collaborating across teams to build scalable processes and tools that amplify customer impact.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong data-stringify-type="bold">Customer Enablement &amp; Onboarding Leadership</strong>: Design and execute tailored onboarding programs, guiding customers through solution deployment and aligning technical implementation with their business objectives</li> <li><strong data-stringify-type="bold">Adoption Engine Development</strong>: Build and optimize customer adoption frameworks, playbooks, and self-service resources to accelerate usage across engineering and manufacturing teams and demonstrate measurable ROI</li> <li><strong>T</strong><strong data-stringify-type="bold">echnical &amp; Domain Expertise</strong>: Serve as a trusted advisor on manufacturing data flows, engineering workflows, and systems integration with deep product mastery</li> <li><strong>C</strong><strong data-stringify-type="bold">ustomer Partnership &amp; Advocacy</strong>: Cultivate executive-level relationships, ensure high satisfaction and retention, and position customers as references</li> <li><strong>S<strong data-stringify-type="bold">calability &amp; Process Innovation</strong>: </strong>Develop repeatable tools, templates, and automation to support onboarding and adoption at scale; collaborate with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to refine processes</li> <li><strong>F</strong><strong data-stringify-type="bold">eedback Loop &amp; Risk Mitigation</strong>: Proactively surface customer insights to influence product roadmap; identify and resolve risks before they escalate</li> <li><strong>C</strong><strong data-stringify-type="bold">ross-functional Leadership</strong>: Partner with sales, support, product, and engineering (often across time zones) to deliver seamless customer outcomes and internal alignment</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul class="p-rich_text_list p-rich_text_list__bullet p-rich_text_list--nested" data-stringify-type="unordered-list" data-list-tree="true" data-indent="0" data-border="0"> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">5-10+ years of experience in Hardware Manufacturing</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">B2B SaaS (highly preferred) with at least 3 years in a customer-facing technical or solutions role (e.g., Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Consulting, Product Management)</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Hands-on experience implementing or supporting complex systems such as MES, ERP, PLM, or similar</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Domain familiarity with aerospace, defense, energy, or hardware-intensive industries</li> <li>Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and consultative skills, able to influence technical and executive audiences</li> <li>Strong process design and analytical thinking; comfortable building tools (e.g., dashboards, workflows, templates) for scalability</li> <li>Proven track record of building onboarding programs and adoption engines in engineering or manufacturing environments</li> <li>Ability and willingness to travel up to 30%</li> </ul> <p><strong>Benefits</strong></p> <ul> <li>Equity – We know that our employees are the reason we succeed.
