About the role
- Support clients throughout their journey with Mohasby services.
- Respond to customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and service quality.
- Coordinate between clients and internal accounting/operations teams.
- Help onboard new clients and guide them through our processes.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Identify customer needs and suggest improvements to enhance experience.
- Assist in preparing reports on customer feedback and satisfaction.
- Support the team in improving retention and engagement strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, or related fields, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- A customer-first mindset and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized.
- Good command of Arabic and English is preferred.
- Basic understanding of accounting or SaaS services.
