About the role

This role doesn’t fit neatly into a box
The role is a combination of customer success, delivery, and program management, overlapping product and business. We’re looking for an experienced professional to work with our Chief Product Officer to take ownership of our most important customers.


You’ll work with clients playing in the global league
Our clients are not “small customers,” but elite brands you recognize from everyday life. We work with global companies operating at scale across continents, an environment where quality, reliability, and professionalism are not optional, they’re standard.

Ensure everything works seamlessly, that our key clients receive the care they expect, have complete clarity on what’s happening, and can always rely on us.


To be successful in this role, you will:

  • be the primary point of contact for selected clients
  • connect customers with the product, engineering, and support teams
  • take ownership of integration, deployment, and ongoing operations
  • maintain visibility over projects, tickets, and risks
  • set up and lead regular communication (e.g. weekly syncs)
  • go deep into discovering customer needs and context
  • bring key insights back to help improve the product


This role will make sense to you if:

  • you have experience in Customer Success / Delivery / Program Management
  • you naturally take ownership and move things forward without perfect instructions
  • you can confidently engage with demanding (enterprise) clients
  • you see the bigger picture and go beneath the surface
  • you are proactive, structured, and outcome-oriented
  • you understand technical contexts (you operate within the IT space)
  • you have a positive AI mindset – you treat AI as part of your work, not a novelty
  • your English is at least at C1 level


What it’s like to work in this role:

  • close interaction with global clients (US + Europe)
  • communication across time zones (some calls are between 14:00–19:00 CET)
  • high level of autonomy in organizing your work
  • opportunity to travel and meet clients internationally
    (and get access to environments and people you don’t usually get to)
  • based in Prague 6 (we prefer regular onsite presence, at least 3× a week)
  • full-time (employment or contractor), compensation based on experience
  • ideally available sooner rather than later – but we’re happy to wait for the right person

This is not about delivering solutions with your own hands.

It’s about keeping complex things moving, making sure nothing important falls through the cracks between teams – and ensuring the customer receives the level of quality they expect.
