Responsibilities:

  • Own and grow a portfolio of existing customers by driving satisfaction, retention, adoption, and measurable value.
  • Build trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders and align Benchmark Gensuite solutions to their business goals.
  • Create and manage simple customer success plans covering priorities, milestones, risks, early wins, and success metrics.
  • Identify renewal, expansion, and deeper-engagement opportunities based on customer needs, usage, and adoption maturity.
  • Coordinate with delivery, support, product, and commercial teams to resolve issues and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Proactively monitor customer health, adoption gaps, and value realization to help customers achieve long-term success.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Science or Master’s Degree in Business
  • Administration
  • 5-6 years of experience working in Customer Success, Relationship Management, Account
  • Management, or similar role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and PowerPoint required.
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable.
  • Ability to prioritize, execute projects, and manage time effectively.
  • Empathetic, customer-first attitude.
  • Experience with SaaS required.
  • Strong communication interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Willingness to travel and adapt to changing schedules and environments.
