We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Partner Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued success.</p> <p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p> <p>As a&nbsp;<strong>Customer Success Manager</strong> for our US regions, you’ll play a crucial role in growing revenue and driving adoption of the Bidease platform through strategic account management and relationship building. You will be responsible for growing current revenue alongside the Sales and Media Buying teams by communicating and working with clients to identify and meet their business objectives to ensure success as they adopt a new platform. From training them on Bidease usage, demand-side platform (DSP) strategy, and optimization, to strengthening client relationships, you’ll become an integral part of your client’s digital strategy.&nbsp;</p> <p class="subtitle___3ygJ9 subtitleFirst___2zkkH"><br><br></p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams as a customer advocate to integrate client feedback and experience metrics into decisions on products to simplify client usability and improve overall client experience</li> <li>Work closely with the Media Buying team to help them understand client objectives and goals to create the best media buying strategy for each new client</li> <li>Review campaign performance and provide detailed feedback to media buyers to adjust campaign setup and achieve optimization</li> <li>Work closely with the Media Buying and Sales teams to drive revenue and enhance the performance of client campaigns</li> <li>Educate clients on new platform features, DSP partners, services, and relevant practices</li> <li>Educate and grow the programmatic buying knowledge of clients.</li> </ul> <p class="subtitle___3ygJ9 subtitleFirst___2zkkH"><br><br></p> <p><strong>Requirements:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in advertising technology or a related field</li> <li>3+ years of experience in a DSP/programmatic work environment</li> <li>Ability to adapt quickly to a rapidly changing technology environment</li> <li>Ability to learn complex software applications and thrive in a fast-paced, digital environment</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, &amp; time management skills</li> <li>A passion for achieving higher levels of growth and development with Bidease</li> <li>Ability to assist, manage and abide by client’s needs and work with complaints in a concise and respectful manner</li> <li>Comfortable working with multiple clients and accounts at a time across a diverse set of industries</li> <li>Ability to analyze and interpret significant amounts of data</li> <li>Ability to speak, read, and write in English fluently</li> </ul> <div class="row___2FBuN"> <p class="subtitle___3ygJ9">&nbsp;</p> </div>
