<p data-start="195" data-end="567"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">We’re looking for a highly talented <strong data-start="231" data-end="259">Customer Success Manager</strong> to join our growing team in a strategic and commercial role focused on customer retention and revenue growth. You will manage a portfolio of high-potential customers, build strong executive relationships, and identify opportunities for expansion through long-term account planning and exceptional execution.</span></p>
<p data-start="569" data-end="782"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Customer Success, Account Management, or B2B Sales who combines commercial acumen with a customer-centric mindset and thrives in a fast-paced environment.</span></p>

<li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="jv4trq" data-start="811" data-end="911"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Own a portfolio of strategic customers and drive retention, renewals, and expansion opportunities.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="10p3bx1" data-start="912" data-end="999"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Lead commercial conversations, including upsell, cross-sell, and renewal discussions.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="15dv4y3" data-start="1000" data-end="1090"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="1kdtggy" data-start="1091" data-end="1182"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Develop and execute quarterly and annual account growth plans to maximize customer value.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="wxbq3h" data-start="1183" data-end="1325"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Deliver executive-level Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and customer presentations with clear business impact and compelling storytelling.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="55btbx" data-start="1326" data-end="1465"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve challenges, drive customer outcomes, and ensure a seamless customer experience.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="10sr0wo" data-start="1466" data-end="1595"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Track customer health, opportunities, and pipeline activity within CRM systems, maintaining accurate reporting and forecasting.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="twomqt" data-start="1596" data-end="1700"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Create customer success stories, case studies, and advocacy opportunities to showcase business impact.</span></li>

<li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="6tk0bn" data-start="1831" data-end="1922"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="16vxpwn" data-start="1923" data-end="2012"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong data-start="1925" data-end="1951">3+ years of experience</strong> in Customer Success, Account Management, or B2B Sales roles.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="j063te" data-start="2013" data-end="2128"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong commercial mindset with proven experience driving revenue growth through customer retention and expansion.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="1gmo6ac" data-start="2129" data-end="2211"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="fh3vol" data-start="2212" data-end="2313"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Confident presenter with experience leading executive meetings and engaging senior decision-makers.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="qmq00r" data-start="2314" data-end="2437"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong organizational and planning abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and perform under pressure.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="13b4fqw" data-start="2438" data-end="2524"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Customer-focused and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="1i3jpfp" data-start="2525" data-end="2617"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Analytical thinker with the ability to translate customer insights into strategic actions.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="lg5duv" data-start="2618" data-end="2673"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.</span></li>
