<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Dealpath is looking for a self-motivated Customer Success Manager to join our growing team in New York City, New York!</strong></span></p>
<p>As an Enterprise CSM at Dealpath, you'll manage a portfolio of 30–40 enterprise accounts for some of the world's most sophisticated institutional real estate investors — firms like Blackstone, MetLife, and Nuveen. Your customers are investment professionals deploying hundreds of millions of dollars into commercial real estate each year. This is a high-touch role where success means becoming a trusted advisor, not just a support contact.</p>
<h3><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>You're excited about this opportunity because you’ll:</strong></span></h3>
<ul>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2"><strong>Manage a book of business</strong> — 30–40 enterprise accounts as the primary relationship holder for investment teams and C-suite stakeholders</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2"><strong>Drive adoption and value</strong> — define success criteria early and make sure every customer can articulate what Dealpath is doing for their business</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2"><strong>Lead QBRs and EBRs</strong> — data-driven business reviews that keep customers aligned and build the case for renewal</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2"><strong>Lead renewals end to end</strong> — build the case well before the contract date, not at the finish line</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2"><strong>Identify and grow upsell opportunities</strong> — grounded in a deep understanding of each customer's investment strategy</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2"><strong>Be the voice of your customers internally</strong> — synthesize feedback to product, engineering, and sales</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2"><strong>Develop genuine CRE expertise</strong> — advise customers on configuring Dealpath to their workflows and become a trusted subject matter expert</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2"><strong>Stay close to our AI roadmap</strong> — our customers are actively asking about AI and our CSMs are on the front lines of how it lands</li>
</ul>
<h3><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></span></h3>
<ul>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2"><strong>1.5–4 years as a CSM or Client Success Manager</strong> at a B2B SaaS company — direct account ownership, not a team management role</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2"><strong>Proven renewal and upsell experience</strong> — end to end, not supporting someone else's process</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2"><strong>Enterprise account experience</strong> — multi-year contracts and executive-level stakeholders</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2"><strong>QBR/EBR experience</strong> — comfortable leading data-driven business reviews</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2"><strong>Clear, polished communicator</strong> — skilled at building credibility with C-suite stakeholders including CIOs and Heads of Acquisitions</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2"><strong>Excel/Google Sheets proficiency</strong> — you'll use it regularly</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2"><strong>Curiosity about AI</strong> </li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience</li>
</ul>
<h3><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Nice to Have:</strong></span></h3>
<ul>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Experience in CRE tech, proptech, or adjacent financial technology (alternative investment platforms, private capital software)</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Background supporting a complex, configurable SaaS product requiring deep domain expertise</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Familiarity with the CRE acquisition process</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Salesforce experience</li>

<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The estimated pay range for New York City, New York candidates is $95,000 - $100,000 base, & $10,000 - $25,000 variable compensation. </span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">This position is also eligible for Dealpath's equity plan.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Your compensation will be based upon several factors including your experience, qualifications, education, location, and the skills assessed in Dealpath's interview process. Your actual compensation will be confirmed in writing at the time of offer.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Dealpath's compensation ranges are determined by current market data, so compensation data posted on our job posts may change as new market data becomes available.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Interviews may include AI-assisted note-taking tools in accordance with applicable privacy requirements.</span></li>
