An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.</p> <p>Are you the one we are looking for?</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.</li> <li>Lead recurring calls with franchisors and franchisees to discuss campaign performance, goals, and opportunities.</li> <li>Present PPC performance reports and insights to non-technical stakeholders.</li> <li>Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive customer satisfaction and retention.</li> <li>Translate client objectives, feedback, and business needs into clear briefs for the media buying team.</li> <li>Identify and escalate potential account concerns, including wasted spend, intent mismatches, conversion tracking issues, and performance risks.</li> <li>Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client expectations and campaign strategies remain aligned.</li> <li>Document client meetings, action items, and account updates within the CRM.</li> <li>Ensure timely follow-up on client requests and maintain a high level of customer service</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:<br></strong></p> <div class="react-pdf__Page__textContent textLayer" data-main-rotation="0"> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience in a Customer Success Manager, Client Success, or client-facing account management role.</li> <li>1+ year of hands-on experience with Google Ads campaigns.</li> <li>Strong understanding of: Match types, Performance Max campaigns, Negative keywords, Conversion tracking and PPC performance metrics and optimization principles</li> <li>Experience managing client relationships and leading client-facing meetings.</li> <li> <div class="react-pdf__Page__textContent textLayer" data-main-rotation="0">Ability to present campaign performance and recommendations to non-technical&nbsp;stakeholders.</div> </li> <li> <div class="react-pdf__Page__textContent textLayer" data-main-rotation="0">Strong ability to explain technical advertising concepts in a clear and accessible way.</div> </li> <li> <div class="react-pdf__Page__textContent textLayer" data-main-rotation="0">Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.</div> </li> <li> <div class="react-pdf__Page__textContent textLayer" data-main-rotation="0">Proactive mindset with the ability to identify issues before they impact client satisfaction.</div> </li> <li>Native-level English communication skills, both written and verbal.</li> </ul> <p><strong>It's a Plus:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience working with franchise or multi-location businesses.</li> <li>Experience in a digital marketing agency environment.</li> <li>Familiarity with CRM platforms and customer success best practices.</li> </ul> </div> <div lang="EN-US"> <p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $2,000 - $2,500 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">This position is for an independent contractor,&nbsp;through a payroll platform.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.&nbsp;</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Here are the steps for this process:</strong><br><br>Application review/approval &gt; Screening interview with GoFasti's team &gt; Introduction video submission (in English, up to 2 minutes, discussing your background and experience) &gt; We build and send your profile to our client &gt; Profile review/approval by client &gt; Interview with the client &gt; Hiring and onboarding.<br></span></p> </div><div class="content-conclusion"><p>Once you apply for the job, our team will review your resume.
