About the role
We are looking for a confident and client-focused Customer Success & Product Demo Specialist to handle client onboarding, product demonstrations, relationship management, and post-sales support for our U.S.-based clients.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with international clients, explaining workflows clearly, conducting live demos, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from onboarding to ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct live product demonstrations for prospective clients
• Explain workflows, processes, and service offerings clearly
• Assist in onboarding new clients
• Coordinate between clients and internal operations teams
• Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups
• Support sales and business development teams during client discussions
• Track customer feedback and improve customer experience
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
• Prepare reports, updates, and follow-up documentation
• Excellent spoken and written English communication
• Strong presentation and demo-handling skills
• Comfortable handling U.S.-based clients over calls and video meetings
• Experience in Customer Success, Client Servicing, Demo Calling, or Account Management preferred
• Confident personality with strong interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in U.S. shift timings
• CRM or client management tool experience preferred
• Ability to explain processes in a simple and professional manner
• Accounting/bookkeeping industry experience is a plus
