<p><strong>What you'll do:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Provide fast, empathetic, and helpful responses to customer inquiries through channels like email and live chat.</li>
<li>Support customers by explaining core features and helping them get the most out of our platform.</li>
<li>Collect valuable feedback during interactions and share insights to help improve our products and services.</li>
<li>Maintain a positive, service-oriented approach to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.</li>
<li>Learn and apply best practices for customer engagement while building your expertise in the platform.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What we're looking for: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Some experience or exposure to customer service, support, or any client-facing role (internships, part-time work, or volunteer experience all count!).</li>
<li>Good typing skills (or a commitment to enhance speed and accuracy).</li>
<li>Strong communication and active listening skills, with a passion for understanding and solving customer needs.</li>
<li>Patience, empathy, and professionalism when interacting with customers.</li>
<li>A growth mindset and a desire to quickly learn new systems, processes, and tools.</li>
<li>A knack for organization and time management, even in busy environments.</li>
<li>Fluency in English (spoken and written).</li>

<p>The salary range for this role is <strong>CAD 55,000</strong> to <strong>CAD 60,000 </strong>per year.<br><br>This is a backfill within our team.</p>
