<p><strong>✅ Main Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Communication with customers through online-chats, e-mails;</li>
<li>Maintain prompt and empathetic attitude towards customers;</li>
<li>Acknowledge and resolve customers’ complaints;</li>
<li>Knowing our products inside and out so you can answer the questions;</li>
<li>Ensure satisfaction of the customer and provide professional support for customers.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>✅ Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Proficiency in both written and spoken Italian and English;</li>
<li>Proactive attitude with a knack for customer support and sales;</li>
<li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills;</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail;</li>
<li>Previous experience in a support role is advantageous.</li>
