<p>✅ <strong>Main Responsibilities:</strong></p>

<li>Communication with customers through online-chats, e-mails</li>
</ul>

<li>Maintain prompt and empathetic attitude towards customers</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Acknowledge and resolve customers’ complaints</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Knowing our products inside and out so you can answer the questions</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Ensure satisfaction of the customer and provide professional support for customers</li>
</ul>

<p>✅ <strong>Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Proficiency in both written and spoken Thai and English.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Proactive attitude with a knack for customer support and sales.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Strong attention to detail.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in a support role is advantageous.</li>
</ul>
