Position

Client Relationship Officer


Description

We are looking for a Client Relationship Team member who must be social, analytical, possess an aptitude for learning and using new software, and be able to communicate clearly and effectively. The ideal Client Relationship Officer should engage with customers, be able to provide insights on client-to-business interactions, improve customer experience through product support, and handle customer complaints and requests.


Responsibilities

  • Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints;
  • Operate with  Customer Relationship Management and the other software (Intercom, Jira);
  • Hold product demonstrations for customers;
  • Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary;
  • Respond and quickly to customer inquiries (live chat);
  • Communicate with customers through various channels (Intercom/Telegram/Facebook/Slack, etc.);
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process;
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.


Requirements

  • Regions – EU;
  • High education degree;
  • English level – Advanced (B2, C1). Additional languages (French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, other) are an advantage;
  • Experience working in customer support/client relations;
  • Work experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and social platforms (Intercom, Telegram, Slack);
  • Highly organized and able to multi-task;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • High computer literacy;
  • Availability of a PC (MacOS, Windows).
