About the role
Are you a French speaker living in the Netherlands? We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to lead our expansion into the French market. You will be the primary point of contact for our French-speaking users, ensuring they receive high-quality support while helping us adapt our service to the cultural nuances of the region.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Market Ownership: Act as the dedicated support lead for our French-speaking customers via email, chat, and phone.
Translation & Localization: Help localize support content, templates, and FAQ articles to ensure they resonate with the French market.
Problem Solving: Resolve technical, billing, or account inquiries with a focus on high first-contact resolution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our English-speaking product team to report bugs or user feedback specific to the French user experience.
Requirements:
Languages: Native or near-native French (C2 level) and Fluent English (C1). Communication is 100% in French for customers and 100% in English for the internal team.
Customer-Centric: You have a natural "hospitality" mindset - you enjoy solving puzzles and making someone's day better.
Experience: 1+ years in a customer support role is preferred, but we are open to graduates or career-changers with the right language profile.
Location: You must be based in the Netherlands and hold a valid BSN and work permit (we cannot provide sponsorship for this specific role).
