As part of our team, you will help us build an entirely new network for the world’s money, for everyone, everywhere.
What you will do
- Respond to customer inquiries via social media and chat, ensuring timely and accurate assistance.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism, offering effective solutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain customer records and update account information in the CRM system to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with other teams (e.g technical support) to address customer needs and improve service quality.
- Working hours 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM (local time) Monday-Saturday
What we’re looking for
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent German and English language both spoken and written
- Crypto knowledge and expertise nice to have
- Live translation skills nice to have
