<div class="content-intro"><p><span class="hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline"><span class="whitespace-normal">Mallory Alexander International Logistics</span></span>, a global third-party logistics (3PL) provider, is seeking a Logistics Professional to join our growing team.</p></div><p>The <strong>Customs Brokerage Entry Writer</strong> plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations by preparing, compiling, and managing all the necessary documents and records to help clear goods through U.S. customs. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented and ready to make a positive impact. </p>
<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Prepare customs entries for all shipments to be submitted to U.S. Customs in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Review documents to check for accuracy and ensure compliance with customs regulations.</li>
<li>Able to identify products subject to OGA’s.</li>
<li>Derives Harmonized schedule tariff and enter OGA/PGA data.</li>
<li>Interface with customers on CBP, OGA delivery and irregularities.</li>
<li>Manage daily tracking report for open shipments.</li>
<li>Track and trace shipments and coordinate with the steamship lines, freight forwarders and CFS on the availability of imported shipments.</li>
<li>Arrange with trucking companies for pick-up and delivery.</li>
<li>Handle accounting processes including the issuance of invoices and freight bill approval.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal departments to maintain efficient cargo flow, minimizing delays and ensuring on-time clearance.</li>
<li>Additional duties as assigned.</li>

<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or similar field preferred but not required. </li>
<li>3-5 years related experience and knowledge of US Customs and Harmonized Tariff Codes.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with <strong>CargoWise One</strong> is required.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.</li>
<li>Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.</li>
<li>Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines simultaneously.</li>

<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><em><strong>Pay Range:</strong> $31.25 - $36.00, based on experience. This role offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off.</em></span></p>
