The Customs Consulting Specialist I is responsible for analyzing and developing consulting services for the clients. Join us to improve the working experience for our employees and play a key role in the growth of the company.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Location:</strong> 3235 Satellite Blvd Duluth GA</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Analyze and develop consulting services and products tailored to client and market needs.</li> <li>Plan and conduct internal or client-facing training sessions related to regulatory compliance and consulting offerings.</li> <li>Develop sales materials and proposals for consulting products, including presentations, brochures, and customized client documentation.</li> <li>Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on service delivery.</li> <li>Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customs compliance.</li> <li>Ensure team members understand and implement company controls, policies, procedures, processes, and applications.</li> <li>Conduct ongoing training, including attending seminars and conferences, to stay up to date with changes in customs regulations and trade agreements.&nbsp;</li> <li>Assist in the implementation and control of any new legislation or client requirements.</li> <li>Assists Regulatory/Customs compliance in resolving transactional issues entry, withdrawal, or inbound transit with customer, Customs Broker, or freight forwarder.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.</li> <li>Bilingual in Korean and English preferred.&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience in customs, regulatory consulting, or related fields preferred.</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.</li> <li>Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills.</li> <li>Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, project-based environment.</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree preferred.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Preferred Education and Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>Applications from candidates of all experience levels, including those who may be inexperienced are welcome.</li> <li>High School Diploma or GED</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><em>Benefits (Full-Time ONLY)</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>Health, Dental, and Vision PPO Insurance</li> <li>Life, STD, LTD Insurance</li> <li>401(K) Plan</li> <li>Paid Time Off</li> <li>Additional Paid time off (Bereavement, Wedding, Birth of a Child, etc.)</li> <li>Years of Service Awards</li> <li>Education Assistant Program (Based on Eligibility)</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p>
