Cyber Security Awareness & Training Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial cybersecurity onboarding training for newly hired employees. 
• Organize and deliver mandatory quarterly cybersecurity refresher trainings. 
• Conduct online training sessions for employees from multiple international offices and remote locations. 
• Promote cyber hygiene best practices across the organization. 
• Create, update, and maintain cybersecurity training materials and educational content. 
• Upload and manage courses, presentations, quizzes, and awareness materials on the company learning platform. 
• Continuously improve training content based on current cyber threats, incidents, and company needs. 
• Develop and administer cybersecurity knowledge assessments and quizzes. 
• Evaluate employee understanding of cybersecurity principles and company policies. Identify weak areas and recommend additional training or corrective actions. 
• Maintain records of training participation and results. 
• Prepare awareness communications related various security topics. 
• Support global security awareness initiatives and campaigns.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Experience in cybersecurity awareness, training, IT security, or related fields. 
• Good understanding of: a.cyber hygiene, b.phishing, c.social engineering, d.password security, e.data protection, f.and common cybersecurity risks. 
• Experience working with online learning or training platforms is an advantage. 
• Strong presentation and communication skills. 
• Ability to explain technical topics in a simple and practical way. 
• Fluent English (spoken and written). 
• Good soft skills
