Cybersecurity Technical SETA, TS/SCI

<p></p> <div class="mt-8 text-xl text-gray-800 leading-8"> <p>Support DoD research programs in terms of technology management, engagement with research performers, deliverable review, and leading regular calls or meetings with research performers on a technical basis.</p> </div> <div class="mt-8 text-xl text-gray-600 leading-8"> <div data-controller="rich-text"> <div class="rich-text-container" data-rich-text-target="richTextContainer"> <p>Required Background and Skills:&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Must have a technical background of some depth related to cyber technologies, hardware, and/or software (able to go deep at least in one cyber area or domain)&nbsp;</li> <li>Technology and technical approach related experience with military cyber operations,&nbsp;tools, and integration with transition platforms for operational use&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience with supporting DoD research programs in terms of technology management, engagement with research performers, deliverable review, and leading regular calls or meetings with research performers on a technical basis&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience involving direct engagement with government transition partners (within the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community) and related stakeholders&nbsp;</li> <li>Demonstrated understanding of DoD security guidance, policy, and program execution with respect to test events, conducting research, and technology transition&nbsp;</li> <li>Ability to perform high priority and time-sensitive tasks in parallel&nbsp;</li> <li>Extreme attention to detail and organizational approach and abilities&nbsp;</li> <li>Deeply embraces and understands the “SETA mentality” of keeping programs progressing, working within an agency like DARPA, and communicating among research teams and transition partners&nbsp;</li> <li>Top Secret Security Clearance/SCI Eligible</li> <li>Ability to work 100% on-site full time in a SCIF environment in Arlington, VA (no regular telework or remote work)</li> <li>Travel may be required up to 10-20% of the time</li> </ul> <p>Desired Background and Skills:&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Hands-on tactical experience with analytical products and tools for cyber operations&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience with&nbsp; <ul> <li>Advanced cybersecurity technologies transitioning and entering rapid acquisition from the&nbsp;Department of Defense research community&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>–and/or—Testing and evaluation of Department of Defense or Intelligence Community applied research and advanced technology development of cybersecurity technologies and/or prototypes in an operationally relevant environment&nbsp;</li> <li>–and/or—Gathering and interpreting information from sensitive platforms for intelligence collection, risk assessment, and reporting&nbsp;</li> </ul> </li> <li>5+ years of experience in the above realms&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> </ul> </div> </div> </div> <p></p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><em>Blue Sky Innovators, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
