Czech Player support specialist for gaming department in Sofia Bulgaria

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Czech Player Support Specialist to join our gaming department in Sofia, Bulgaria! In this exciting role, you will be the primary point of contact for our Czech-speaking gamers, providing them with exceptional support and assistance.

As a Player Support Specialist, you will help players with their inquiries, resolve issues related to games, and enhance their gaming experience. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about gaming and possess excellent communication skills to engage effectively with our community.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Czech-speaking players via various communication channels, including email, chat, and social media
• Assist players with technical issues, gameplay inquiries, and account management
• Document customer interactions and issues accurately in our support system
• Collaborate with internal teams to address more complex player concerns
• Gather player feedback and insights to communicate to the development team
• Contribute to maintaining a positive and engaging gaming community
• Stay up to date with the latest gaming trends and updates related to our products

Requirements

• Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Previous experience in player support or customer service is preferred
• A genuine passion for gaming and knowledge of gaming culture
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Familiarity with customer support tools and gaming platforms is a plus
