Czech-Speaking Customer Service for Health Products Department in Greece

Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to offer an opportunity for a Czech-Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Health Products Department, located in Greece. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support to our Czech-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to a variety of health products and wellness solutions.

Your fluency in Czech will be key in helping clients navigate product details, understand benefits, and resolve any questions or issues they may have, ensuring a smooth customer experience and promoting a healthier lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service in Czech through phone, email, and chat regarding health product inquiries
• Assist customers with questions about product availability, usage, and health benefits
• Effectively manage order processing, returns, and customer complaints
• Accurately document all customer interactions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide timely resolutions to customer issues
• Gather feedback from customers to continuously enhance our service and offerings
• Stay informed about trends in health products and wellness solutions

Requirements

• Fluency in Czech and English, both written and verbal, is required.
• Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for health and wellness
• Experience in customer service, particularly in health or retail sectors, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries effectively while providing timely solutions
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Interest in health and wellness with a desire to assist customers on their journey
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
