This role requires balancing high-level functional consultancy with hands-on D365 system administration and critical help desk support in collaboration with global admin teams. This role operates in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, collaborating with supply chain, commercial, engineering, and product teams to deliver complex projects supporting the company’s growth.</p> <h3><strong>Your Mission (Responsibilities)</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Daily Operations &amp; Improvement:</strong> Support daily ERP operations while proactively identifying opportunities to improve system stability, performance, and user experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.</li> <li><strong>Implementation Strategy:</strong> Direct the functional strategy of our D365 implementation, ensuring alignment with the overall technology roadmap and business objectives.</li> <li><strong>Strategic Vision:</strong> Contribute to the strategic Americas Technology roadmap, aligning it with our regional business objectives and global technology vision.</li> <li><strong>Solution Architecture:</strong> Design and align functional solutions, focusing on performance-critical system architecture and D365 integration patterns, to ensure systems are scalable and compliant with engineering principles.</li> <li><strong>Stakeholder Management:</strong> Build relationships with key business stakeholders, translating their needs into functional requirements.</li> <li><strong>Process Optimization:</strong> Analyze and optimize business processes using D365 finance and operations capabilities to improve operational performance.</li> <li><strong>Best Practice Champion:</strong> Promote the adoption of D365 finance and operations standards and ensure high-quality implementations.</li> <li><strong>Risk Mitigation:</strong> Identify and mitigate risks associated with implementation to ensure project success.</li> <li><strong>Continuous Improvement:</strong> Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive domain initiatives.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Your Story (Requirements)</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Experience:</strong> 6+ years of proven experience in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.</li> <li><strong>Regional Expertise:</strong> Hands-on experience customizing D365 for statutory and tax compliance within the Americas region, including Latin American markets.</li> <li><strong>Business Acumen:</strong> Strong understanding of operations and finance business processes across various industries; ability to define and optimize "to-be" process structures.</li> <li><strong>Technical Depth:</strong> Deep functional and technical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance &amp; Operations, including its limitations and customization options.</li> <li><strong>Analytical Skills:</strong> Proven ability to conduct fit/gap analysis, develop functional specifications, and design end-to-end solutions.</li> <li><strong>Testing:</strong> Experience defining and executing testing strategies (unit, integration, and UAT).</li> <li><strong>Communication:</strong> Excellent skills in conveying complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.</li> <li><strong>Project Management:</strong> Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.</li> <li><strong>Mindset:</strong> Proactive, results-oriented, and passionate about technology in a fast-growing environment.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What the Team Offers</strong></h3> <ul> <li>A cross-functional, agile environment that values diversity of thought.</li> <li>A supportive atmosphere focused on holistic growth, physical and mental well-being, and personal self-care.</li> <li>A high level of ownership over functional strategy, driving growth across the Americas.</li> <li>An innovation-led culture at On in Portland, Oregon.</li> </ul>
