As a Digital Trust & Safety Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety and integrity of digital platforms by monitoring content, analyzing risks, and implementing safety measures. Your fluency in Danish and expertise in digital security will be instrumental in managing client concerns and ensuring a trustworthy online experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor digital content and activities to identify potential violations and safety risks
• Investigate reports related to trust and safety to mitigate harm and enforce community guidelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance safety processes and policies
• Respond to client inquiries in Danish regarding safety concerns and provide clear guidance
• Analyze safety trends and generate reports to support continuous improvement
• Stay updated on industry standards, legal requirements, and digital safety best practices
• Conduct training sessions for both internal teams and clients on trust and safety protocols

Requirements

• Fluent in Danish and English, written and spoken. Please clearly state your native language and nationality in your CV and cover letter.
• Proven experience in digital trust and safety, content moderation, cybersecurity, or related fields
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of simplifying complex matters
• Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria with full relocation support
