About the role:
Deliver professional and independent payroll services across the Nordics, ensuring high quality and compliance with local regulations and collective agreements. You will take full ownership of client payrolls, proactively supporting continuous improvement and excellence in service delivery.
Which tasks can you expect?
Manage end-to-end payroll processing independently for assigned clients.
Act as the main point of contact for payroll-related client queries.
Ensure payroll is processed accurately and timely, following local laws, collective agreements, and client contracts.
Perform quality controls and reconciliation of payroll results.
Manage statutory filings and reports to authorities.
Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and client documentation.
Actively participate in governance calls, client meetings, and audits.
Identify process improvement opportunities and participate in internal projects.
Support onboarding of new clients or transfers.
Support and mentor less experienced colleagues by sharing knowledge and best practices.
What do you have to offer?
3β5 years experience processing Danish payroll
You consistently deliver results, meet customer expectations, and show strong drive through clear and professional communication.
It is crucial that you are initiative-taking, driven, and that your complete tasks in a methodical manner.
You are good at making contacts and maintaining a good relationship with your network, both internal and external contacts.
You are a quick and effective learner. You have a growth mindset and thrive in a growing environment.
Danish proficiency is essential and fluency in English.
