In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our Danish-speaking business clients, ensuring their needs are met with high efficiency and professionalism. We are looking for candidates who possess excellent communication skills and a strong dedication to providing outstanding customer service in a business environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide effective support to Danish-speaking business clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist clients with inquiries related to business services, account management, and operational support.
- Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly to maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
- Accurately document all client interactions in the CRM system for reference and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to handle complex inquiries and improve overall service delivery.
- Stay informed about the company's services and products to offer relevant assistance to clients.
- Engage in continuous training and development to enhance skills and service effectiveness.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish and strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in a customer support role, preferably within a business or corporate environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on client relationships.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software applications.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills are essential.
