Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support in Danish regarding delivery service inquiries.
• Assist customers with order tracking, delivery issues, payment inquiries, and service information.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and provide accurate information in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely resolution of delivery issues.

Requirements

• Exceptional command of the Danish language (both written and spoken) is essential.
• A minimum English fluency of B2 is required.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in delivery or logistics services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and customer service software is advantageous.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural and working experience.
