Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking skilled Danish-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting a leading insurance company in Greece. This role offers a great opportunity to provide exceptional customer service to Danish-speaking clients, assisting them with insurance inquiries and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional and empathetic support to Danish-speaking customers regarding insurance products, claims, and policies through phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with policy information, claims processing, and problem resolution efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and follow company protocols for service delivery.
• Work collaboratively with internal departments to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary.
• Stay informed about the latest insurance products, regulations, and guidelines to provide accurate information.
• Contribute feedback and insights to improve customer service quality.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools.
• Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
