Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking dedicated Danish-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting a prestigious international airline in Greece. This exciting role offers the chance to provide outstanding assistance to Danish-speaking customers, ensuring smooth travel experiences and excellent service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and courteously to inquiries from Danish-speaking customers regarding flight bookings, schedules, baggage policies, and other airline services via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers in managing reservations, addressing travel issues, and resolving complaints effectively.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions using CRM software.
• Collaborate with internal airline departments to resolve complex issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about airline policies, promotions, and travel regulations to provide accurate information.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer service.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the airline or travel industry.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools.
• Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
