We are seeking a dedicated Danish Speaking Customer Representative to provide exceptional service on behalf of Dyson. This role includes paid relocation to Greece, where you can enjoy a dynamic (remote) position while experiencing the vibrant culture of Greece.
Your Role:
- Deliver outstanding customer support to Danish-speaking Dyson customers through multiple communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Handle inquiries, provide product information, and resolve customer issues accurately and professionally.
- Utilize company systems effectively to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to learn and adapt to Dyson’s products and systems quickly.
- Self-motivated and proactive in a remote work environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece with paid relocation support.
- Work from home, anywhere in Greece is possible.
