Mercier Consultancy is looking for a dedicated Danish Speaking Customer Representative for our client. This (remote) position offers the unique chance to work from the beautiful country of Greece while providing customer service to our Danish-speaking clients.
Your Role:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional support via phone, email, and chat.
- Ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.
- Utilize company systems to deliver accurate information and solutions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high service standards.
- No prior experience required, just a great attitude and a willingness to learn!

Requirements
- Fluency in Danish (written and spoken) is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently (in a remote setting).
- Willingness to live and work (remotely) from Greece.
