About the role
Our client, one of the world’s leading online gambling brands, is looking for Danish-speaking Customer Service Advisors to join their dynamic team in Malta.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, international environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will be the main point of contact for customers worldwide, ensuring every interaction is handled professionally and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with betting, payments, and account-related queries
- Provide support via Live Chat, email, and phone
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience in every interaction
- Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional tone
- Work collaboratively within a team environment
- Adapt to a varied schedule aligned with the sporting calendar (including evenings, weekends, and public holidays)
This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to grow within a well-established and respected brand.
Requirements
- Native or fluent Danish (written and spoken)
- Good command of English
- Strong customer service mindset
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership
- Openness to feedback and continuous improvement
- Good computer literacy (CRM experience is an advantage)
- Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment is beneficial
