About the role
Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer an opportunity for a Danish Speaking Customer Service Agent to join the team for Booking.com, with the position based in Greece. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service to Danish-speaking customers, helping them with their booking inquiries and ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding their bookings and related inquiries.
- Assist customers with reservation changes, cancellations, and payment questions.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and strive to resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to offer enhanced solutions and improve the customer service experience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Booking.com products, policies, and industry trends.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is beneficial.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or hospitality industry, is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional when handling challenging customer situations.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and standard office software.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude.
